Job Description: Responsibilities: This position provides organizational development through leadership, consultation and employee learning and development, aligning with the organization's core values, strategic direction and operational goals. Uses a variety of OD techniques including needs assessments, facilitation, solution design, presentations, initiative planning, and team building to facilitate appropriate skill and behavioral change, guide organizational planning, increase employee performance and achieve business results. Minimum Qualifications: Qualified candidate must possess a BA/BS degree in Industustrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or related field, Masters Degree is preferred. 5-7 years combined experience in leadership training/human resource development. Experience establishing strategic direction based on organizational planning and design, change management, leadership and employee development and employee engagement. Interact effectively with all levels of management and possess strong consultative and communication skills. Strong presentation and written/oral communication skills. Healthcare industry background preferred.
