Job Description:
The job will provide expert consulting and analytical services to the assigned client group and HR leadership, in addition to providing guidance and interpretation on various compensation policies. This job will manage the high-level project planning components relating to the corporate compensation program, or to business unit – specific programs. Participate in various compensation-related projects which will involve design, revisions or updates to current programs Participate in the development of corporate compensation policies, procedures and guidelines for the company Team with other consultants and HR management on executive compensation and equity program activities, as required Manage the daily compensation activities for assigned business unit platforms. Activities will include providing sound consulting to client group, conducting market pricing activities using external data and proactively providing compensation data analyses and metrics to HR generalists. Work closely with the benefits function to understand current benefit offerings to ensure total rewards programs are complimentary and meet the unique requirements of the various platforms.
