This position will work closely with the Operations team to understand the business' needs, develop the proper training, deliver, and measure results.-Expected Travel for this position is 30-40%-Works under minimal supervision on complex projects. -Demonstrates wide latitude for independent judgment and is highly-skilled with extensive proficiency in OD and talent management initiatives. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES-Development of training materials -Development of OD models and strategic initiatives -Promotion of training programs: encouraging and stimulating attendance-Measurement of OD and training effectiveness-Workforce skill development-Mapping of learning resources to competencies-Create strategy to train workforce globally in most cost effective manner-Deliver Training and OD initiatives -Provide the opportunity for leaders to teach key programs-Lead and/or participate in other LPD projects as neededDAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES-Management of OD and talent management staff -OD and Training Development-OD and Training Delivery-Client Relations-Effectiveness Measurements.
