Job Description: Responsibilities Support the design, implementation and maintenance of advisor compensation programs. Provide financial analysis and decision support for advisor compensation programs. Develop and enhance financial models. Lead efforts to analyze effectiveness of ongoing and new compensation programs. Lead various compensation initiatives and projects including coordinating systems implementation. Represent compensation on cross-organizational initiatives. Develop communications on compensation changes to various corporate and field partners. Lead resolution of field inquiries and exception requests. Build and maintain relationships with key business partners (Field Reporting, Finance, DMU Business, Licensing & Field Compensation Services, Incentives Management, Corporate Communications, and various other areas). Obtain and summarize competitive compensation information. Prepare analysis and ad hoc reports. Qualifications Candidate must have a high degree of initiative and dedication. This position requires: -Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) -Strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills -Ability to analyze and model a variety of impacts and draw conclusions. -Ability to work with different levels of the organization (e.g., field members) on sensitive and complex issues as necessary.
