Job Description: Responsibilities includes but is not limited to: Provide leadership, develop and implement HR initiatives: Employee Relations, HR Policies and procedures, Wage and Salary management, Benefits, Safety and Health, Labor and HR laws and regulations, Staffing and Retention, and Training & Development. Translate strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans. Develop and implement HR solutions that support the organizational and operational needs of the business. Define and communicate the strategic direction and priorities of the department. Provide technical advice and stay current on HR laws and policies - employee relations, internal investigations, and disciplinary actions. Effectively supervises and mentors HR staff. Identify, compile, analyze data and recommend solutions and initiatives aimed at HR processes and initiatives of overall organizational improvement. Will be conducting the annual performance evaluations and effectively communicate the procedure and process to all managers within the company. Ensure equitable treatment of employees and implement actions designed to assist in the effective and efficient conduct of the business and its budget.
