Experience in a union environment strongly preferred. Expertise in association management desired. Ability to organize, plan and implement a wide range of highly detailed projects to achieve multiple objectives in a highly pressured, visible environment. Outstanding skills in human and labor relations and ability to motivate and train both staff and managers. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to function effectively as a team leader or member with highly developed facilitation skills. Ability to work easily and effectively with people and provide leadership. Strong speaking and presentation skills with both large and small groups.
