This management position will have oversight of the following key areas: benefits & compensation administration, recruitment, labor & employee relations, performance management, policy development, worker’s compensation, unemployment, internal investigations, HR IS/records management, and compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. NOTES: US Residents Only. Employer will assist with relocation costs. includes excellent benefits package Requirements Qualified candidates will have a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labor Relations or related field, and a minimum of 10 years of Human Resources leadership and management experience including labor relations and generalist functions. Experience in a union environment strongly preferred. Expertise in association management desired. Ability to organize, plan and implement a wide range of highly detailed projects to achieve multiple objectives in a highly pressured, visible environment. Outstanding skills in human and labor relations and ability to motivate and train both staff and managers. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
