Job Description: Provide support to stores in creating and maintaining hourly staffing strategies, including full-time to part-time ratio and diversity. Provide support to stores in forecasting and workforce planning. Provide support to job fairs, good faith efforts, hiring partnerships, recruitment activities, and new store openings. Provide direction to stores on interviews, role plays, individual testing, and group assessments; ensure consistency and compliance with applicable laws and company staffing policies. Provide support to store leaders and Associate Coordinators regarding use of the applicant tracking system. Execute district talent review process and ensure associates are accurately assessed. Ensure candidates receive timely feedback following an assessment. Ensure store leaders develop individual development plans with associates and follow-through on them, including the QARI process. Coach store leaders on conducting effective performance reviews and the performance management process. Ensure reviews are timely, accurate, and complete. Ensure store leaders document and track progress on action plans.
