Job Description:
Provide HR leadership and support partnering with the managers and their teams to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to achieve organizational effectiveness. Assist in developing client relationships with associates and managers to include: providing guidance to employee development, workplace instructions, legal interpretations, and other practices related opportunities. Facilitates conflict resolution and crisis intervention. Counsels managers on performance appraisals and all corrective actions within client group. Identifies causes and develops strategies to reduce on turnover. Participates in non-exempt and exempt staffing efforts for client group. Consults with Customer Service Managers on making risk-based decisions. May participate in Process Improvement initiatives and company wide task forces. Provides a vehicle for associates to discuss a variety of opportunity areas or concerns on items such as performance, attendance, compensation, disability, tuition assistance, leaves of absence, etc.
