Opportunity Responsibilities: Managing and tracking all employee relations issues and the company\'s policies and procedures Recruiting for the company including job postings, sourcing and pre-qualifying candidates, handling interviews, and handling new hire orientations Coordinate all pre-employment screening (drug tests, background checks, references and other pre-employment checks) Administering compensation program Evaluating employee\'s safety, compliance and job performance, including union avoidance/labor relations, and action issues Planning and developing employee activities.
