This role will also take ownership for building an innovative Career Pathing portal for employees to use in building solid careers at Astellas in partnership with our HR Generalists. This role will support the design and development of impactful and experiential learning and development opportunities throughout the organization through our newly launched Journey curriculum. Utilizing extensive background in Talent Development including talent review, succession planning, career pathing, performance management, strong facilitation skills, innovative instructional design perspectives, and a solid organizational development focus, this role will contribute significantly to the professional growth of individuals throughout the organization and to the overall development of Astellas into a high performing organization and the employer of choice in the pharmaceutical industry. Position Requirements The individual must demonstrate strong stand-up facilitation skills, a keen understanding of organizational and group process dynamics, as well as strategic and tactical abilities.
