Job Description: Requirements Responsible for interfacing with the Human Resources in all company-wide and HR-related training programs. Develop and conduct company-wide training programs. Develop and design organizational programs for employee career development. 1. Management training and organizational employee development will be the essential functions of this position. However, the incumbent will also train on a variety of areas (including personal development skills). 2. Confer with management, supervisors, and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives, and technologies. 3. Develop and design company-wide training measurements; training needs assessments; training program curriculum; and task analysis. 4. Formulate teaching outlines and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops. 5. Advise and consult the SVP, Human Resources of short-and long-range training plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals, strategic planning and growth objectives. 6. Evaluate and anlayze the results of all training programs. Report the results to the SVP, Human Resources.
