Provides oversight and guidance for day-to-day administration of benefit plans Ensures eligibility, enrollment and benefits are administered in accordance with benefit plan documents. Assists with administration of all benefit plan documents, contracts and maintenance of benefit summary plan descriptions and oversees the benefit audit process. Provides oversight and guidance for day-to-day administration of payroll processing and employment tax filing Monitors payroll and tax processing and related administrative procedures. Periodically processes payroll. Assists with development and maintenance of the salary administration program Monitors job description and performance evaluation programs. Assists with analysis and review of individual position duties and responsibilities and makes recommendations for position status, job factoring and salary grade placement. Assists with compilation and analysis of external salary data, internal salary equity and development and maintenance of individual salary grades and merit guide charts.
