Responsibilities Provides feed-back on implementation and utilization of tools to ensure flawless execution. Responsible for representing the client\'s needs and providing client feedback to the Specialist teams -Drive T-Mobile values and culture through the service and operations groups to reinforce the company\'s Best Place to Work objectives. -Recruit and retain high caliber talent, regularly assessing individual capabilities to ensure that T-Mobile has the right people to drive short and long-term business results. -Develop and apply appropriate metrics to measure successful achievement of HR goals and workforce efficiency targets. -Facilitate and drive succession planning and talent assessment to ensure the service organizations have the best talent to drive and lead the business. -Oversee the implementation of programs, solutions, and processes designed to improve management and employee performance, productivity, satisfaction, and business results. -Directly lead the 30+ person HR Team, providing day-to-day coaching, performance feedback, career counseling and development. Because the team is geographically dispersed, the role will typically require 50% travel to interact with team members in different locations. -Lead and/or participate on functional and cross functional teams to address business opportunities and challenges.
