Job Description: Job Description: This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and recruiting activities for 3 recruiters and one recruiting coordinator. Will establish individual performance goals and review performance against goals as well as manage, motivate, and develop the team. Responsible for hiring, resource allocation, coaching, performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution. Develop strategies for developing and sourcing talent, partnering with line management and HR to ensure a diverse pipeline of talent is readily available to support current and future staffing needs. Ensure compliance with the company's policies and legal guidelines to protect the business and its employees.Participates in task forces, special projects, committees or team meetings as needed. Ensure the maintenance of a variety of legally required records, reports and notices. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: At least 7 years recruitment or talent management experience Extremely strong project management skills Experience in Information Technology staffing preferred Confident and assertive with strong communication and presentation skills Ability to build strong external leadership brand and relationships Strong collaboration skills Must have organizational skills to work at a quick pace, juggle a number of projects concurrently, and manage projects through to completion.
