Job Description: The Manager of Organizational Development & Effectiveness is responsible for partnering with the Manager of Learning to conduct the assessment of organizational needs and design, and implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate organizational change in a high growth, dynamic environment. The Key Services of this role will be to maintain constant client satisfaction through Change Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Climate/Culture/Interpersonal Relationships, Organizational Structure/Work, Processes/Job Design, Strategic Planning/Visioning, Succession Planning and Goal Setting. Additionally, this role will develop and implement appropriate change management plans as required by the business and lead the development of communication strategies related to change initiatives. The Manager will also assist in developing and leading the Talent Management processes through assessing training and development needs based on business strategy in order to help close gaps between current and future skill sets and competencies. This role will establish key metrics to measure effectiveness of change processes for main projects and for HR and partner with HR Generalists.
