Description: We are seeking a senior level generalist with extensive experience in providing advice and counsel to management, regarding HR policies, practices, and employment law. Thorough knowledge in conducting internal investigations and providing recommendations to senior management is required. The successful candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of applicable state and federal employment law. The ability to handle changing priorities and high volume is a must. Job Duties Assist management and staff in all aspects of the employee relations process. Assist in the interpretation of policies and procedures. Responsible for the administration of the employee fair employment procedures, conducting the Employee Review Committee resolution process, as well as investigating and responding to employee or Ethics Point concerns. Collaborate with the Vice President of Human Resources on a daily basis to address ongoing issues and findings to determine recommended courses of action.
