There is an immediate need for a Human Resources Manager to join their management team. The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR functions at this site and include HSE, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, recruiting and labor relations and negotiating. You will be a key member of the site leadership team and be an active participant in the continuous improvement efforts. The HR Manager will be expected to lead and manage a robust HR effort that focuses on honesty, integrity and quality. Requirements: Candidates best suited for this opportunity should meet the following requirements along with a strong desire to join an organization where performance is rewarded with growth opportunities: Bachelor's degree, prefer business, human resources. 5 plus years of progressive human resources experience in a manufacturing organization. Experience working in a union environment complying with negotiated labor contracts.
