This individual will deliver high quality service in the area of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, business analysis, research, and report and presentation development. Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include: Manage and execute the talent acquisition process for campus & experienced candidates Administer the daily human resource needs of the business unit Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and on-boarding process Process benefit forms/changes and assist in problem resolution Support the execution of performance management processes Coordinate development and training activity in the business unit Manage and create financial and staffing reports Perform business analysis activities, special projects, and research for the Consulting group Assist in the coordination and document preparation for internal meetings Qualifications The most qualified candidate will possess: Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or related field years experience in human resources preferred.
