Director Strategic Project Planning and Management Position Purpose This position will be responsible for the strategic, planning, and execution of a broad range of TMO Retail concept initiatives. This person will lead and manage others including cross-functional teams, partners, vendors and concept team member to ensure the team goals are clear, aligned, and delivered on time and on budget. Position Duties and Responsibilities Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Design, lead and execute concept programs and initiatives Identify innovative programs and technology that will expand T-Mobile\'s product service offerings Construct executive level presentations and present new retail concepts that will create new ways to shop and enhance the customer experience Liaison for the Concept Development Team and other business units This person will lead and manage others including cross-functional teams, partners, vendors and concept team member to ensure the team goals are clear, aligned, and delivered on time and on budget Position Requirements Functional/Technical Skills: Must be able to lead and direct decisions about retail vision Strong internal and external networking skills Excellent communications skills: ability to present results to executives in verbal and written form Must be a out of the box thinker who is able and willing to take risks Experience: 7 + years experience working in a retail environment preferred Large scale project management experience required Large scale business development, implementation, and integration experience required
