Services is currently looking for qualified finance consultants that will be responsible for working with a large government client as part on an integrated team performing process analyses, including process mappings, process gap analysis, and process improvement and redesign. Additionally, the individual will conduct organizational analyses and help design and implement financial and other programmatic systems. Candidates should have 4 years experience performing accounting /finance responsibilities: standard GLs, accounts receivable/payable, revenue recognition, budgetary accounting , internal controls, financial statements. We are looking for a minimum 2 years consulting experience; 1 year experience designing and implementing business process improvements and developing procedures, and a familiar with Organizational Change Management methods/techniques. This specific job does not require travel outside of the DC Metro area.
