The Market Sourcing Manager is responsible for campus and/or experienced recruiting within the assigned geographic market. The Market Sourcing Manager hires staff, contractors, and temps for assigned Assurance, Advisory, and Tax Lines of Service (LoS) within the market. Responsibilities:Review market position requirements in conjunction with staffing need and related business case; create job requisitions for experienced hire positionsDetermine campus recruiting strategy at assigned school(s); manage faculty relationsDetermine the appropriate websites, etc. for market-specific experienced hire job postingsPlan, execute and participate in internal and external recruiting eventsMaintain strong working relationships with Client Service (Assurance, Tax & Advisory).
