Job Description:
As a Project Manager, this role will be making key decisions to insure the system implementations are on time and that the project is delivering on the original objective and scope. Decisions around when to elevate lack of progress and/or compliance. Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: Optimization and Performance Be the system expert in multiple HSE subjects that can be integrated into our business processes. Identify business needs and areas of risk and engage business with solutions. Support projects relating to systems integration and development. Provide the application knowledge and expertise and engage/work with facilities where/when needed. Identify emerging applications that may provide benefit to FWEA\'s Supply Chain functions as they relate to HSE. Business Process Development and Maintenance: Work with business leads to work through various Gap Analyses? (Current State vs. Future State). Help implement gap closures. Document business processes. Be sure to understand the local and global impact during process development. Project Management: Part of this role is to manage various projects. These projects can be process in nature or they may also include technology. Need to insure the project is meeting the defined objectives and scope within the right time and the right cost. Budget Responsibilities: Assist business in identifying improvements that may require funds and assist in budgeting improvements.
