Job Description:
This Recruiting Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies with a focus on proactively sourcing, identifying and recruitingcandidates in the external marketplace. This person will have overall responsibility for managing and executing the full life cycleof their recruiting activities in addition to managing client/candidate relationships.Responsibilities:Develop and execute experienced recruiting strategy for financial services advisory practices.Build and sustain client relationships with key stakeholders including practice leadership, human resources and all levels of management.Manage full recruiting lifecycle including identifying, screening, interviewing and negotiating offers with candidates.Participate in New York Metro Recruiting Team projects and initiatives including alumni, university and diversity sourcing activities.Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and firm compliance requirements.Identify creative sourcing channels to maintain a network of potential candidates within the market community.Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders through meetings and detailed reporting packages. Plan, execute and participate in internal and external recruiting events.Provide direction to Sourcing Associates.Review market position requirements in conjunction with staffing need and related business case; create job requisitions for experienced hire positionsDetermine campus recruiting strategy at assigned school(s); manage faculty relationsDetermine the appropriate websites, etc. for market-specific experienced hire job postingsPlan, execute and participate in internal and external recruiting eventsMaintain strong working relationships with Client Service (Assurance, Tax & Advisory) and HR colleagues; keep them informed and appropriately involve them in recruiting activitiesScreen, interview and assess candidates; recommend other interviewersSelect candidates to receive/not receive offers, determine offer package, obtain approval for offer; communicate offer/rejection to candidates and follow up on offers to achieve acceptanceAnswer non-routine questions from candidates and recruiting sources (e.g., schools, agencies, etc.)Manage the hiring and contracting with temps and contractors.Implement Line of Service (LoS)-specific recruiting programs in the market Assist with the career development of other Sourcing team members.
