Job Description:

Resources/Space Management, Custodial Services, Emergency Management and Housing Management Branch Chiefs. Must be capable of effectively leading and managing a highly functionally diverse organization utilizing a wide span of control. 2. Provides engineering design capability for all Maxwell/Gunter AFB construction projects. Integrally interfaces with USAF contracting personnel to ensure engineering requirements are adequately identified to commercial construction contractors and USAF interests are adequately protected in contracting documents. Provides construction management oversight to ensure those requirements are satisfactorily completed by contractors prior to final acceptance. 3. Serves as the senior-leader responsible for effective execution of Maxwell/Gunter AFB's facility management process. Ensures the action-officer level Facility Working Group and senior-leader level Facility Management Board processes for Maxwell/Gunter AFB are conducted effectively. 4. Provides responsive and effective operations and maintenance facility maintenance support to Maxwell/Gunter AFB facilities. 5. In conjunction with contractor Program Management Environmental, Safety and Health personnel, ensures that Maxwell/Gunter AFB's environmental practices comply with civil and USAF requirements.
