Job Description:
The position will be responsible for developing and completing work relative to regional flood control facilities, local drainage facilities and for storm water quality. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring engineers and designers on hydrology and hydraulic studies and analysis, writing proposals, defining the scope of projects, creating and maintaining budgets and attending interviews. The Manager will also perform flood-plain determinations, develop drainage reports, improvement plans and municipal Storm Water Management Plans. Responsibilities also include managing a staff of registered and non-registered personnel. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in hydrological studies, professional registration and 15+ years of Storm Water design experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of performance, client and staff development and management and the desire to become a leader in the company and in the professional community.
