They currently employ 42 personnel, including eight professional engineers, four land surveyors, civil engineers, drafters and other technical support staff. Vice President: Highways/Bridges The position requires minimum; BS degree in Civil Engineering plus 15 years of proven hands-on design experience in highways/bridges, 5 years as Project Manager. Prior experience with NYSDOT projects and NY P.E. required. This is a highly visible position, requires strong management/organizational/ communication skills, ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships. Must be motivated, driven and committed to enhance the image of the firm as well as of the team. For individual with the right credentials, in addition to salary, profit sharing.
