Job Description:
The incumbent identifies the scope and extent of work to be accomplished, determines schedules, and establishes the manpower and cost requirements. The assignments and deadlines are changing constantly and projects have widely separated physical locations. The incumbent is responsible for all Site Development aspects for Huntsville Center. The organization performs projects relative to site selection, site development, surveying and mapping, paving, grading, cut and fill balancing, storm drainage, road design, railroad design, erosion control, and landscaping.Directs civil engineering and site development designs on major projects, such as Army Range Modernization Program, Chemical Demilitarization Program.
