RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with: and Marketing teams to estimate and evaluate all global initiatives-Cross-functional teams to lead, maintain and review monthly brand financial forecasts-Cross-functional team to build and review all aspects of annual budgetIdentify issues and make recommendations for improvement for brand and finance financial reviewsCommunicate risks and opportunities to brand, finance and executive managementEnable the brands to better understand the impact of costing and mix on their profitability through preparation and distribution of monthly financial statements; incorporate comprehensive analysis of month and year to date results versus forecast, budget and prior year. At a SKU level of detail, understand, analyze and report on month and YTD pricing, cost of goods, margins and profitabilityEnsure appropriate recognition of advertising, consumer promotion and market research expenses for the brand. Using financial bulletins, develop procedures and guidelines to maintain financial control of the underlying business processesEnsure appropriate general ledger balances for promotional liabilities through timely review and reporting of spending, redemption trends, forecasts and commitments
