Job Description:
Director of Finance who will be responsible for implementing polices and programs to improve the companys overall accounting and financial operations. Will report to the President and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Controllers position, while spending a considerable amount of time on standard costs projects, cash management, financial reporting, banking and internal audit relationships and systems utilizing Will serve on the companys executive committee and assist the president on long-term plans to profitably grow the business. Will manage cost accounting, general accounting and human resources. A Bachelor's Degree is required, as well as 15 years of progressive experience in operations, accounting, and standard costs and finance in a lean manufacturing environment. A successful candidate must be results-oriented and a change agent with respect to improving the overall accounting and financial operations of the company. Must be able to work well with other departments to bring about change while improving performance. Relocation to central Wisconsin is required.
