Job Description:

Responsibilities: Create a unique member experience and assist our members achieve their financial goals and dreams through Personal Connections , Simple Solutions , and Lifetime Relationships Manages sales and service teams to achieve individual and credit union goals. Prevents operational losses and risks to the credit union through sound supervisory practices. Monitors department activities for compliance with established policy and regulations and takes corrective action when needed. Completes various member financial transactions, has oversight responsibility for daily operational requirements, and completes basic consumer lending actions. Primary back-up to the branch manager. Other duties as assigned. Skills: Summary of Qualifications Desired: Associate Degree and five years of business administration/financial experience in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with supervising or managing small teams of non-exempt workers required. Project Management experience desired.
