Job Description:

Responsible for the overall performance of the branch office including sales production, quality of service and operational standards. Directs the activities of branch staff to facilitate production goals and ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service. Monitors sales and referral efforts of staff; ensures compliance with policies and procedures; takes mortgage and consumer loan applications as needed; performs Personal Banker and/or CSR duties as required and assures that the Bank is represented at special events to promote the Bank and its products and services. You are eligible to earn monthly and quarterly incentives in this position. Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred. Two to five years related banking or retail management experience required.
