Job Description:


Responsibilities: The Vice President will be expected to carry out the following activities: Responsible for analyzing portfolios and their transactions by assigning internal risk ratings, writing credit rationales, setting credit risk limits, making recommendations on general credit enhancement terms and on specific transactions, and monitoring credit exposure created by these transactions. Ability to interact with multiple business units whose clients are both institutional and individual investors. The activities of these business units, including executing derivative trades, providing loans, dealing with commercial paper, etc., generate potential credit risk. Responsible for approving, monitoring and controlling the level of risk taken to these clients Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to understand and gather information from senior business professionals across the organization Exposure to and experience with most if not all of the following products: OTC derivatives, interest rate swaps, foreign exchange, equity derivatives Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects Willingness to learn corporate finance concepts Background in capital markets transactions and/or credit analysis a plus.
