Job Description:
Experience as a successful supervisor in a warehousing, distribution, or inventory position preferred.Business Competencies Must have experience in personnel selection, hiring, evaluation responsibility, training, measured effectiveness, and successfully increased effectiveness. Must have experience with inventory accounting, receiving processes, invoice management, over, short or damaged procedures (receipt adjustments), manufacturer return procedures, expediting/shipment tracing procedures, inventory procurement models, physical inventory/cycle counting procedures, just-in-time inventory level techniques. Must have experience with Excel or Lotus spreadsheet applications and MIS systems in general. Effective first-level supervision skills. A team player with other disciplines in the work place.
