Completes all performance evaluations for all assigned employees. Assists with the resolution of issues by partnering with other groups internally and externally. Oversees the pharmacy purchasing policies and procedures, and vendor relations. Provides value analysis, program support, manages business and financial projects as assigned. Facilitates allocation of expenses for pharmaceuticals, supplies, equipment and facilities repairs. Actively participates with purchasing on contracts, pricing and consignment for pharmaceuticals. Develops strategic plans for pharmaceutical purchasing, outpatient pharmacy services, pharmacy policies, equipment, billing, facilities services, and space requirements. Provides statistical analysis of drug purchases, drug utilization, trending analysis, and other reports as requested by leadership on a routine basis.Requirements:B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.
