This hospital has an exceptional medical staff - extremely well educated and tenured. They are there for the lifestyle too!. Hospital does all surgeries except neuro and open heart. Pharmacy staff consists of 3 pharmacists (not counting Director) and three techs. RESPONSIBILITIES:This is a working manager position - Director is part of staffing schedule but does not rotate weekends. Pharmacy hours are 7:30 -7:30 weekdays and 8:00 - 4:30 weekends. In addition to directing and supervising staff, Director will be expected to: Participate in the provision of pharmaceutical care to patients, establishing policies and procedures, evaluating and developing protocols and drug safety programs. Take responsibility for operating the overall pharmacy in a cost effective manner.
