Job Description:
Equi-Trax is seeking outside vendor appraisers to support a growing number of valuation products. Equi-Trax currently provides Broker Price Opinions and BPO Price Reconciliations. BPO Price Reconciliations are non-federally related valuation products that reconcile the data from a BPO and supplementary data from a variety of sources into a recommendation to the client to assist in asset evaluation.

Job Responsibilities:
•Perform BPO Price Reviews in an internet based environment.
•Assist Equi-Trax staff by telephone and/or internet with clarifications.

Job Requirements:
•An active State Certified Appraisal License
•Membership to local MLS and public records
•A minimum of 3 years appraisal experience
•A minimum of 1 year appraisal review experience
•Strong written and oral communication skills
•Comfort with a fast paced working environment
