Case management experience is desired, but not required. Applicants must demonstrate effective critical thinking, expertise in clinical judgments, proficient clinical assessment, competent patient and family teaching, and a desire to work with the interdisciplinary team, patient, and family.You must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for this position.After appointment, you will be subject to random testing for illegal drug use.You must have a certification, licensure, or registration credentials in Nurse Practitioner for this position. In some cases, these may be substituted for experience and education.You will need to successfully complete a background security investigation before you can be appointed into this position.Applicants for this position must pass a pre-employment medical examination.How You Will Be Evaluated: You will be evaluated based upon the question responses you provide during a structured interview. In responding to structured interview questions you should be sure to site specific examples of experience, explain exactly what you did, and the outcome. Applicants will be interviewed with questions based on the Performance Based Interviewing Process.Once your complete application is received we will conduct an evaluation of your qualifications and determine your ranking. The most highly qualified candidates will be referred to the hiring manager for further consideration and possible interview. We expect to make a selection within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
