Job Description:
As Clinical Manager, you will be responsible to supervise home health aide services being provided to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include visiting clients, performing assessments, developing care plans, supervising field staff on a regular basis, and coordinating care with referral sources, doctors and other professionals. A current New Jersey RN license. . 3 years nursing experience. . 1 year home health care or supervisory experience preferred. . Knowledge of NJ Medicaid Home Care programs is highly desirable. . Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. . Must be able to work independently.
