The Harmony Foundation, a not-for-profit organization, was incorporated in 1959 as a charitable subsidiary of the Barbershop Harmony Society. The Barbershop Harmony Society brings men together in harmony and fellowship to enrich lives through singing. The CDMO supports the efforts of the Society and the Board of Directors in raising funds for operating, capital and endowment. Candidates must have a proven track record in soliciting and securing major gifts, researching and preparing grant applications, prospect identification, marketing and special events. Recommended that candidates have a bachelor's degree preferably in a related field from an accredited university. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive fundraising development experience.
