Responsibilities This position is responsible for the financial management of NBC Universal's cable channel, Bravo. The channel generates over $300MM in annual sales. Controllership leadership Ensure balance sheet stewardship, manage the account reconciliation process Ensure overall financial policy & procedure compliance Manage annual Sarbanes Oxley reviews and other corporate reporting as needed Financial management Manage quarterly financial closes and formal estimates Provide continuous risk and opportunity assessment and timely communication and advice to management teams Lead all Bravo forecasting sessions (SI & SII), prepare the financial outlook and deliver presentation to Division leaders. Business leadership Partner with operating leader to develop manage and execute the channel's strategic plans Provide financial support to develop and analyze new programming, production and management options for effective decision making Lead a team of 6 finance professionals Work with TV Group finance and other Finance leaders to share and adopt best practices.
