Responsibilities Comprehensive financial responsibility for NBC Network & Media Works including: Studio Operations, Television Operations, Media Distribution Services, IT, Media Technology, Affiliate Relations, Real Estate, Sourcing, & Facilities Ownership of overall controllership, strategic and tactical planning and analysis, the Growth Playbook, SII, Op Plan and related analysis for the division Lead and develop a team of 28 including 8 direct reports Effectively partnering with the Media Works leadership team and ability to influence client leaders (News, Film, Cable, Digital, etc) is paramount Opportunity to assist in business development activities within NBC Network & Media Works Must work closely with operating leadership to ensure execution of critical growth plans as well as driving process improvement and cost controls.HJCB Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Must have at least ten (10) plus years of successful, relevant senior management experience and exceptional track record in managing teams.
