Job Description:
The Oncology Outpatient Clinic Assistant Nursing Director is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of staff, patients, and departmental and organizational needs. The responsibilities include accountability for day-to-day management of the clinic. The Clinical Manager serves as a role model for professional excellence in the administration and delivery of patient care. The Clinical Manager is accountable for the age groups (average age group population includes adults and geriatrics) as defined in the scope of care. Minimum Qualifications: Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required. Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or eligible for immediate PA licensure. Minimum of 3 years Oncology nursing experience required. Previous nursing management experience preferred. Strong organizational, verbal and written skills required.
