Chief Financial Officer A dynamic company experiencing tremendous growth is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive CFO to be a lead agent of change and strategist for the financial state and future of the organization. The ideal candidate must be able to provide effective financial leadership to enable growth in a profitable and sustainable manner. Job Description: Develop, direct and coordinate the organization's financial and budget activities in order to fund operations, maximize investments and increase efficiency Communicate in a timely fashion with CEO, corporate officials and customer representatives Direct management of finance, accounting, IT and HR functions Develop annual operating plan including corporate budget, business plans, operational requirements, and organization structure Ensure appropriate financial, risk, accounting and auditing policies and procedures are developed and maintained Develop trending and business forecasting reports for fundamental decision-making and strategic planning. Ensure compliance and controls with all pertinent regulatory requirements for financial reporting Create and nurture banking and outside funding relationships with potential capital sources Qualifications: Ten plus years of progressively experience in corporate finance preferably with an international exposure Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business or related field. Masters degree preferred Ability to travel
