Job Description:
Maintain and keep current a policy and procedure manual for business affairs, budgeting, collections, controlling, payables/purchase orders, treasury, and endowment management Provide financial management and budget control, including annual budget preparation and periodic variance analysis Supervise all aspects of financial accounting including: posting and reporting of funds generated, bank deposits, accounts receivable/accounts payable, payroll, budgeting, purchase orders, check requests, monthly systems reconciliations and coordination of annualaudit Coordinate Human Resources for CBS personnel including; maintenance of personnel files, job descriptions, salary levels, evaluations, raises, vacation & sick day policies, and other personnel policies as deemed necessary. Also, providing the appropriate interface and oversight with outsourcing company involved in delivering human resource functions Review and make yearly recommendations for employee insurance and retirement programs, workers' compensation, auto, fire, theft, and other insurance programs as deemed necessary Supervise Book Store activity to maximum profitability and accuracy of inventory records, etc. and to manage the school-wide mail delivery services and office supply ordering Interact with local, state and federal government agencies; work with committees of the Board of Directors, including the Treasurer, to maintain overall financial stability
