Using a multi-disciplinary approach, Deloitte Consulting's Automotive industry practitioners work with automotive clients of all types OEMs, suppliers, dealers and aftermarket defining challenges and engaging the right team to deliver superior client service to help our clients succeed. Customer & Market Strategy Our Customer and Market Strategy Service Line assists clients with creating a vision for profitable growth, identifying the critical initiatives for achieving this vision, developing an integrated plan for executing these initiatives, and delivering the intended results. Our services address the broad range of marketing, sales, and service management issues facing our clients, as well as questions around pricing, product, customer, and market strategy. Qualifications for an Automotive/Customer & Market Strategy Manager: Managers will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. Manager level responsibilities include: providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. Managers implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. Managers can lead small engagements or components of large, complex engagements. Candidates will have significant customer & market strategy work experience within Automotive companies and/or Automotive consulting clients. A minimum of 6 years consulting and/or industry experience is required.
