Job Description:
The Benefits Manager will be responsible for the administration of all employee benefits, including broker relationship, vendor management, open enrollment and 401k administration. This position will develop, recommend and implement approved, new or modified employee benefit plans and policies, and will supervise administration of existing plans. This position will administer our total compensation strategy with responsibilities including job evaluations, salary administration, supplemental pay programs and salary surveys. Position will also manage EEO reporting requirements and Workers' Compensation/Risk Management.
