Job Description:
Develops and implements recruiting strategies to meet staffing requirements for non-exempt staff. - Coordinates and conducts on-boarding for new associates. - Supports facility management in a Generalist capacity. - Supervises temporary staff - conduct testing/screening/data entry of candidates. - Be the primary human resources pre screen interviewer for non-exempt. - Manages recruitment expenses and budgets for each organizational area and ensures recruitment costs are in line with set guidelines. Requirements - Bachelor's degree with Human Resources concentration preferred. - 3 - 5 years HR experience with a minimum of 6 months of recruiting.
