Requirements: Master's degree in organizational development/organizational behavior, or related field; Five to seven years of experience working with organizational development for operations in a large organizational and / or functional business units. SPHR Preferred. Job Summary: Designs, manages, and implements programs, policies and procedures relating to organizational development and leadership learning through facilitating the implementation of appropriate change management initiatives associated with organizational growth and transition activities. This effort supports the goal of establishing the effective management of human capital for the organization, a critical component in accomplishing business goals.
