This role will play a key part in Talent Development, Human Resources by building solid, impactful, and experiential learning and development opportunities throughout the organization. Utilizing strong facilitation skills, innovative instructional design perspectives, and a solid organizational development focus, this role will contribute significantly to the professional growth of individuals throughout the organization and to the overall development of Astellas into a high performing organization and the employer of choice in the pharmaceutical industry. Position Requirements The individual must demonstrate strong stand-up facilitation skills, a keen understanding of organizational and group process dynamics, as well as strategic and tactical abilities. The individual must also be a strong program coordinator/project manager with excellent oral and written communication & marketing skills. Must be able to successfully partner with a wide variety of individuals across the organization from executives, to managers, to employees at all levels. Must generate and take initiative, use problem-solving skills and creativity to overcome obstacles, and work collaboratively under pressure to develop sound programs and solid solutions. Bachelor s degree required Advanced degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Organization Development or Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred Certificate or degree emphasis in Instructional Design preferred At least eight to twelve years experience in training & development field, organizational development field, talent development field or other related experience Strong stand-up facilitation skills with corporate employee population; facilitation experience with managers and/or leaders preferred.
